I'll have a Blue, Blue Christmas!

I wanted to share my latest Christmas creation with you.

I used a couple of Tiddly Ink stamps, and a variety of Tiddly Ink sentiments

to create a Merry Christmas picture for my living room.

 

 

 

I used some really pretty blue Christmas snow paper from Michelle Roo

and I added a pretty white glittered snowflake.

I also added a little bit of glitter for some added sparkle.

All Dressed Up for Christmas!

We are having another fabulous challenge starting over at

All Dressed Up Challenges today.

 

We are super excited to release some of our brand new rubber stamps

that can be found over at the Sugar Nellie website.

These are the very first All Dressed Up stamps in rubber. WOOHOO!!

 

We also have some more excitement going on.

We have several brand new design team members starting today.

And boy are they talented!

I hope that you will join us in welcoming them aboard and

check out their fabulous projects that they have made for us.

 

With that being said, I would like to share my project for this new release.

 

 

Since Christmas is almost here, and I still need some more gift tags, I decided to use my brand new All Dressed Up RUBBER stamp to make this cute gift tag.

 

I used some of the wonderful papers from Michelle Roo  Designs.

If you haven't checked out her papers, you should.  They are gorgeous!

 

I also added a pretty poinsettia and some great fibers.

And of course since I do love glitter, I added a little glitter to the poinsettia,

the tickets, and the little girls dress bow.

 

I also used a Tim Holtz distresser to go around the edges of my paper

to distress it.

Christmastime at the Pastry Shop

We are having a really fun challenge at
Just Inspirational Challenges.

 

Our theme this week is WINTER.

 

We have 2 great sponsors this week.

 

 

 

I decided for my project, I wanted to make something for mine and my  daughter's kitchen.  Something to hang up at Christmastime.

 

I got to use this fabulous stamp from The Paper Shelter.

Since we both love to bake, this stamp was perfect.

I used some plain brown cardstock for the window frame.

I colored it the same colors as my kitchen is, so that it would match.

And my border is Chefs, so this couldn't be a more perfect fit for my kitchen.

 

I added some gorgeous lace to the top to mimick my lace curtains.

 

I added a piece of clear acetate to the top of the stamp.

Next I added some chunky glitter to the window frame for that

icy/snowy look in winter.

Lastly I added 2 pinecones and pine branches to the corners.

One of my favorite projects!!!

It's Birthday Time!

Sugar Plum Fairy Gift Tag

Starting today, here's another new challenge over at the

All Dressed up Challenge Blog.

 

The theme is Anything Goes.

How easy is that?

If you haven't tried the All Dressed Up stamps yet,

they have some fabulous freebies on their blog that you can use.

Once you use them, I'm sure you'll fall in love with them like I did!

 

Ok, well onto my new project.

 

I decided to make a tag for a very special little girl's Christmas gift.

I thought it would be kind of cute to do a Sugar Plum Fairy theme for it.

 

 

I used some pretty little papers from my "leftovers" stash.

You know, those little pieces that are too big to throw away.

There is some pretty little pieces from DCWV Chateau Lavender

 and some white glittered paper.

 

I added a little bit of glitter to her wings and dress

and a very sparkly snowflake.

 

This is  just the right size for a gift tag.

Butterfly Kisses

 

 Us Dressy Girls are looking for a few more members to join our fabulously friendly team.

 You will be required to post two project per month onto our DT blog.  One project with our newly released images  and one for a challenge.  As well as this you will be required to comment on your given numbers for any entrants into our Dressy challenges and be an active member of our Facebook Group.

In return you will receive a fantastic digi started pack and of course all of the new releases each month.

The term will run from beginning of  January until the end of March 2015.
